复旦大学芯片与系统前沿技术研究院青年研究员。2015于新加坡国立大学物理系获得博士学位,并荣获由国家留学基金委颁发的国家优秀自费留学生奖学金。2016-2017年在联华电子新加坡分公司担任资深流程整合工程师;2017-2020年在新加坡国立大学物理系进行博士后研究。主要研究方向是基于界面调控手法,研制新型二维功能性器件,主要包括二维场效应晶体管、逻辑存储、神经形态、自旋量子器件等。近五年以第一作者(含共一)和通讯作者在Nat. Nanotechnol.、Nat. Electron.、 Nat. Commun.、Adv. Mater.、Nano Lett.、ACS Nano、Small等期刊发表学术论文19篇。主持国家自然科学基金委、上海市科委等多项科研项目;并入选国家和上海市海外高层次人才引进计划。长期担任Nat. Electron.、Nat. Commun.、Adv. Funct. Mater.、Adv. Opt. Mater.、ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces、Nanoscale等多个SCI期刊的审稿人。
