青年研究员,博导。2015年在吉林大学电子科学与技术学院获得微电子学士学位;2019年在复旦大学微电子学院获得博士学位;2019-2021年在复旦大学计算机学院从事博士后研究;2021年7月至今,在复旦大学芯片与系统前沿技术研究院担任青年研究员。主持了国家重点研发计划和上海市基础研究特区等项目,曾获国家教育部U40、自然基金委优青和麻省理工科技评论“35岁以下科技创新35人”亚太区发明家等荣誉。
研究方向为新型逻辑存储器件与系统集成,以第一/通讯作者发表论文30余篇,包括Nature (2篇)、Nature Nanotechnology (6篇)、Nature Electronics和IEDM等世界顶级期刊和会议。从麦克斯韦方程底层理论出发,通过精准理论预测与实验攻关,成功研制出“破晓”二维闪存器件—实现400皮秒超高速非易失存储,结果收入维基百科“Flash memory”词条,作为闪存发展史重要进展;进一步研发“原子芯片”系统集成框架,将二维闪存技术与成熟硅CMOS工艺深度融合,有效破解二维信息器件工程化难题,研发出全球首颗二维-硅基混合架构闪存芯片。奖励信息:
