青年研究员,优青,博导。2015年在吉林大学电子科学与技术学院获得微电子学士学位;2019年在复旦大学微电子学院获得博士学位;2019-2021年在复旦大学计算机学院从事博士后研究;2021年7月至今,在复旦大学芯片与系统前沿技术研究院担任青年研究员。主持了国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金委优青和上海市基础特区等项目。
研究方向为新结构、新机理逻辑存储器件设计,以及对应的系统集成研究,相关工作发表在世界顶级期刊和国际顶级会议,以第一/通讯作者发表论文20余篇,包括Nature Nanotechnology、Nature Electronics、Nature Communications和IEDM等世界顶级期刊和会议,4篇一作论文入选SCI高被引论文,3篇一作论文入选SCI热点论文。4篇一作/通讯论文获得Nature Nanotechnology News & Views专栏亮点推荐,超快存储相关的3篇系列工作被Nature Nanotechnology撰文评价为范德华异质闪存速度突破的代表性工作。
