复旦大学芯片与系统前沿技术研究院教授,杰青,博导。2010年于中国科学院上海技术物理研究所获得微电子与固体电子学专业博士学位,2010-2021年在中国科学院上海技术物理研究所分别任助理研究员、副研究员和研究员。主要研究方向包括新型光电材料与探测器,铁电材料物理及器件,光电感知芯片与系统。主持了国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金委杰青、优青和重点等项目。在Nat. Electron.、Nat. Commun.、Adv. Mater.、Nano Lett.等期刊发表SCI论文100余篇;获得授权中国发明专利14项,美国发明专利2项;受邀在国内外会议做邀请报告30余次。
