青年研究员,博士生导师。入选复旦大学相辉学者(青年)。于清华大学材料学院获得本科、博士学位。随后在日本东京大学、加州大学伯克利分校、劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室从事博士后研究。
研究方向为基于自旋电子学的新型存储与计算。迄今在高影响力国际学术期刊以第一/通讯作者发表论文10余篇,包括Nature、Nat. Mater. (3)、Nat. Electron.、Phys. Rev. Letts.、Nat. Commun.等。
