研究内容:面向脉冲驱动型忆阻类脑系统的实现,研究基于忆阻动力学的新型神经元电路实现方法、基于脉冲的新型计算和通讯方式以及脉冲驱动的忆阻类脑芯片。从感知、计算和控制三个层面探索脉冲驱动型类脑芯片在人形机器人及无人机等领域的应用,为发展下一代人工智能硬件提供新方案。当前以第一/通讯作者在Nat. Mater. Nat. Commun., Adv. Mater., IEDM, IEEE Electron Device Lett. 等期刊/会议上发表学术论文20余篇,ESI高引2篇。申请10余项,授权5项。Google学术引用3700余次。
